CAN WE HELP ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS?
Hosting a Class and Registration
The instructor(s) will cover all of their own lodging, food, and travel expenses. A minimum number of 10 registered students is required for the class to be held. If the course does not receive the minimum number of registered students forty-five (45) before the start date, the class may be cancelled. All payments are due thirty (30) days before the start date unless prior arrangements are made. Registered students who are not paid will be removed from the class if payment is not received.
We highly recommend that all interested students register as soon as possible. If the class meets minimum registration, additional students will be permitted to register for the course up until ten (10) days before the start date and payment will be immediately due. Some classes may have a cap or a maximum, but it will be dependent upon the course. Any student registering from outside the U.S. should contact Future Focus Forensics for payment information.
Future Focus Forensics kindly requests hosting agency have adequate space and audio and visual presentation equipment.
The space will be dependent upon the class type. It is also suggested that the hosting agency provide light refreshments, such as water and coffee, but this is not required.
Future Focus Forensics will generate a flyer for your class and ask that you assist with distributing the information to your local forensic network. We will advertise the class on social media and on the website. We will discuss any additional needs or concerns with you before, as well as answer any of your other questions before opening registration for the course.
The length of our courses can be tailored to meet your needs.
Courses may be purchased on a student by student registration process or for a flat fee. Classes purchased at a flat fee will not require a minimum participant registration to host.
Cancellation Policy
If a student is unable to attend a class, a full refund will be offered with at least fourteen (14) days advanced notice from the start date of the class. If the cancellation time frame is less than fourteen (14) days, the student can have the full amount credited in form of a training credit for a future class hosted through Future Focus Forensics. The certificate can be used by the student or by a member of the student’s organization. If the cancellation time frame is less than fourteen (14) days, but more than seven (7) days before the start of the course, and the student does not want a full training credit, the student will be refunded 50% of the payment. If the cancellation is seven (7) days or less, or the student is a no show, no refunds will be given. There are no refunds or partial refunds given if a student attends class, but is absent certain hours or days for other obligations.
If there is a documented emergency, specifically a medical emergency, a death in the family, or a subpoena, that requires the student to be absent for the entire class Future Focus Forensics will consider a full refund with specific documentation.
