-Review existing policy, procedure, and facility to identify areas of concern that are not compliant with national best practices.

-Organize room and develop internal controls to ensure the integrity of your property room

-Update or develop packaging manuals, training manuals, purging guidelines, property forms, etc.

Develop a process for ongoing case review analysis to identify opened and closed cases and cases involving high risk items to reduce backlog and eliminate chain of custody concerns.
